SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders placed on a weekday before 3:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. If not, processing will continue on the next business day. Order processing can take up 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (unless Saturday Delivery is your chosen shipping method). All products on the website are subject to availability and we will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Due to COVID, some shipments may be delayed.
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return or exchange so that we may assist you. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange via email will not be accepted.
Once you have received a return shipping label, please return the item to us within thirty (30) days of your original receipt of your item, in the same condition and packaging as was received. In the case of an exchange, please include a note with the size you would like in exchange. You will need to pay for the return’s postage, but we will pay for the replacement item to be mailed back to you in exchange. If sending a large value package, we recommend sending via insured mail. And if being sent from outside of the United States, please be sure to write “returned clothing” on any customs forms. If the size you’ve requested in your exchange is not available, you will be issued a refund or store credit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Upon receipt, if you think your unworn item has a defect or is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt at email@example.com. In your email, please reply with your name, order number, details regarding the incorrect item, defect or damage, and some pictures of the incorrect item, defect or damage for our review.
All Sale Items are final.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Frequent Returns and Exchanges
If we recognize a frequent pattern of abuse of our return and exchange policy, we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee on any returns and exchanges that we receive. We also reserve the right to no longer take orders or accept returns or exchanges from supporters who abuse our return policy (including folks who make frequent credit card chargebacks).
